Praised by The American Scholar for her "sensitivity and imagination"; pianist Wan-Chi Su has captivated audiences across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., performing at prestigious venues like Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Salle Cortot in Paris, and Taiwan National Concert Hall.
An advocate for contemporary music, Dr. Su has premiered works by Jordan Chase, William Weigel, and Aaron Malone, and collaborated with composers like George Walker and Curt Cacioppo. She has won first prizes in the Taiwan Cultural Cup and Taiwan National Student Music Competitions and has been a semi-finalist in the San Jose International Piano Competition and a finalist in the Harrison L. Winter Piano Concerto Competition. Her festival appearances include the Taos School of Music and the Paris Piano Program.
As a founding member of Duo Sorolla and an artist with the Piatigorsky Foundation, Dr. Su tours extensively across the U.S., performing in both traditional and unconventional settings. She frequently collaborates with distinguished musicians, including members of the National Symphony Orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and other notable soloists.
In addition to her performance career, Dr. Su serves as the organist at Memorial Episcopal Church in Baltimore and teaches at Georgetown University and Loyola University Maryland.
Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Dr. Su began playing piano at four. She holds a bachelor's degree from National Kaohsiung Normal University and earned her Master of Music, Graduate Performance Diploma, and Doctor of Musical Arts from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, studying with Seth Knopp and Benjamin Pasternack.

Hyo Ju Lee, a distinguished pianist from South Korea, is renowned for her dynamic performances as both a soloist and chamber musician across the United States and South Korea. Her professional debut featured a concert with the Seoul Symphony Orchestra, where she performed Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor at the age of thirteen. Since then, she has delivered numerous performances, including the Kumho Young Artist Concert Series at Kumho Art Hall in South Korea, as well as at Mozart Hall, Williams Hall, Jordan Hall, and Friedberg Hall.
Dr. Lee has a deep passion for chamber music and has performed in a variety of chamber ensembles. Her performances include a Saxophone Trio Concert at the Academy Art Museum in Maryland, a Duo Concert with cello at Leith Symington Griswold Hall and the Enoch Pratt Library, and both Piano Trio Concert and Piano Duo Concerts at Mozart Hall.
Dr. Lee has achieved significant recognition in various prestigious piano competitions. She secured top honors at the Schumann Honors Piano Competition at the New England Conservatory, the Jacob Flier International Piano Competition, and was featured in Winner Concerts in Boston and New Paltz. Additionally, she has won the Junior Chopin Piano Competition in South Korea, the Sukmyung University Music Competition, and the Music Journal Piano Competition.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music degree from Seoul National University, where she studied under Soo-Jung Shin and Jong-Hwa Park. She earned a Master of Music and a Graduate Diploma from the New England Conservatory with Alexander Korsantia, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, where she studied with Yong Hi Moon. Dr. Lee has served as a faculty member at the International School of Music and Peabody Preparatory, and currently maintains a private piano studio. In 2024, she joined the Music School at Bryn Mawr School.

Korean Pianist Min Young Park has earned broad recognition for her talented artistry. She was awarded First Prize at the Chopin National Competition in Korea in 2000 at the age of thirteen, and after two years she won First Prize at Asia Chopin International Competition in Japan. In 2008 she was selected as winner at the concerto competition in Seoul National University, and she also won First Prize at the Harrison L. Winter Piano Competition at The Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University in 2014.
Park has given number of solo recitals which are; Kumho Young Artist Concert Series at Kumho Art Hall, Rising Talent of Young Pianists concert at Sejong Chamber Hall, solo recital at Leith Symington Griswold Hall, Paul Hall of The Juilliard School, and Concert Hall of Seoul National University. She debuted in Baltimore, USA with Peabody Symphony Orchestra in 2015. Over the last decade, she has appeared with Prime orchestras, Seoul Arts High school orchestra and with Seoul National University Symphony Orchestra as a representative of university at Seoul Arts Center.
As an avid chamber musician, she has performed at The Carnegie Weill Hall, The Juilliard School, St. Paul’s Church of Columbia University in New York. Ms. Park was recently invited to the Music@Menlo, Taos Chamber Music Festival in U.S and the Festival "Aigues-Vives en Musiques" in France. She worked with Wu Han, David Finckle, Gilbert Kalish, Robert McDonald, Judith Ingolfsson, Vladimir Stoupel, Borromeo String Quartet, Brentano String Quartet, and Miro Quartet. She also participated in the Bowdoin International Music Festival in 2014 as a Kaplan Fellowship recipient. At diverse festivals, she has studied with renowned pianists such as Leon Fleisher, Richard Goode, Joseph Kalichstein, Arie Vardi, John O’conor, Naum Grubert, Matti Raekallio, among others.
Park graduated Summa cum laude from Seoul National University under the instruction of Ick Choo Moon. She completed her master degree of music at The Juilliard School where she worked with Choong Mo Kang. A Graduate Assistantship in Accompanying enabled her to attend The Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. She recently graduated from The Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University with her Doctoral Music of Arts under the tutelage of Yong Hi Moon. As a devoted educator, Ms. Park taught music minor students on the Peabody at Homewood program from 2019 to 2022 and joined the piano faculty of the Peabody Preparatory in January 2020.

Grace Liu is a Taiwanese-American pianist who performs as a soloist and collaborative pianist in the U.S. and Taiwan, “impressing [audiences] with her finesse and sensitivity” (Orange County Register). She is the recipient of the Pauline Favin Memorial Award in Piano and the Clara Ascherfel Accompanying Award at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She was also a finalist and recitalist at the Wonderlic Piano Competition and Schlern International Music Competition. As concerto soloist, she has also featured with the UC Irvine Symphony as the winner of the concerto competition.
Dr. Liu has been invited to participate in numerous international music festivals, including the Banff Piano Masterclass (Canada), Bowdoin International Music Festival (ME), Beethoven Institute (NY), and Schlern International Music Festival (Italy). She has also participated in master classes taught by Leon Fleisher, Menahem Pressler, Boris Berman, John Perry, Stephen Hough, as well as the Jupiter and Takacs Quartets.
A dedicated teacher, Dr. Liu currently holds faculty positions at Peabody Preparatory and the Levine School, and she maintains a private studio.
Dr. Liu earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Peabody Institute, where she also received her Master of Music degree in piano performance. She completed her Bachelor of Music degree at University of California, Irvine. Her major teachers include Alexander Shtarkman, Lorna Griffitt, Rose Hsin-I Chen, and Daniel Hanley.

Born in Taiwan, Lin swiftly established himself after winning the First Prize of Taipei Taiwan International Piano Competition and the Second Prize at the Texas State International Piano Competition, performing with the Central Texas Philharmonic. His other major prizes include such as the Marbella International Piano Competition, New York International Artist Association Competition, and the Wonderlic Piano Competition in Baltimore.
He has been featured as a soloist at the Grunin Center of the Arts, Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center, Kaufman Music Center, National Recital Hall at Taipei, and Will Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
In addition to his solo engagement, Ching-Yi has collaborated with members of Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Violinist Hye-Jin Kim(East Carolina University), Violinist Giora Schimidt(New York University), Violinist Audrey Wright(New York Philharmonic) Vocalist Kevin Short(Julliard Music School), and Cellist Yehuda Hanani(Mannes School of Music).
A vivid music educator, Ching-Yi was appointed as a faculty associate at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University between 2021 and 2024. He has given and coached masterclasses and lectures at Berkshire High Peaks Festival, Gijon International Piano Festival, Kirov International Music Festival, Ocean County College, Soochow University, and University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
He completed his Bachelor of Music degree at Soochow University in Taiwan. He holds his Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Peabody Institute as a recipient of the Richard Franko Goldman Prize in Performance under the tutelage of Alexander Shtarkman.

Pianist Yejin Lee is an active soloist and a chamber musician based in the United States. Yejin’s performances have been praised for her “coloristic and poetic expressions” and “compelling and thrilling rhythmic senses,” and she has been invited to perform in many prestigious venues around the world. Yejin had her solo debut at Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall in New York with the invitation from the Annual Velia International Music Festival, and her appearances include as a guest artist at the Cultural Art Center in Jaen, Spain and the Tyler Recital Hall in Florida, and Seoul Arts Center and Yong San Art Hall in Seoul, Korea. Claimed top awards at a number of national and international competitions, including at Dallas International Piano Competition, Kingsville International Piano Competition, Wideman International Piano Competition, Yejin also had a privilege to perform at leading music festivals and masterclasses at the Mozarteum Academy in Salzburg, Banff Music Festival, Gijon Music Festival in Gijon, Spain and Piano Texas International Academy & Festival, where she shared musical inspiration with great pedagogues and pianists in this century like Richard Goode, Dmitry Bashkirov, Stephen Hough, John O’Conor, John Perry, and Karl-Heinz Kammering. Yejin holds both piano performance and vocal accompanying degrees from Oberlin Conservatory with honors under Haewon Song and Philip Highfill and Masters and Doctorate degrees under Boris Slutsky from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
She currently serves as a piano faculty at Washington Conservatory of Music and a professorial lecturer at George Washington University. In addition, Yejin is a current member of MTNA and NVMTA, and she manages a private piano studio dedicated to teaching. As a founder and an artistic director of Matinee-M and a pianist member of Baltimore Musicales, she is also committed to bringing classical music into the community.
